Steve Townley has been a Realtor® for over 40 years and a St. Paul resident all hislife. He grew up here, was educated here, bought a home and raised his kids here. He loves living in St. Paul, and enjoys helping other people find homes here. Steve know this area and its benefits very well. His networks in this area are extensive and deep, developed over 60+ years as a resident and more than 40 years as a Realtor. He has proudly held a variety of positions of responsibility in various civic and church organizations in our community. Chris Deming has been a Realtor® for over 10 years and has lived in the greater Twin Cities area all his life. He loves living here and reflects the hard work ethic that runs deep in my Minnesotan roots. Chris can happily advise you and your family on the ins and outs of buying, selling, and all the steps along the way. He is assiduous, honest, and candid, ready to negotiate the best result on your behalf. Whether you're a first-time buyer, a multi-property owner, or a seasoned seller, he is your experienced resource. When he's not helping clients with buying & selling homes, Chris enjoys watching hockey, playing broomball and curling in the winter. During warmer months he likes to be active on the lake either paddle boarding, kayaking or relaxing on a pontoon. He and his wife try to take their French Bulldog rescue wherever they go! |

Phil Rukavina works as Steve and Chris' Office Manager and Information Technology Specialist. He has supported the Team and their clients in an efficient and friendly manner for over 25 years. In addition to relaying helpful information to our buyer and seller clients, Phil designs the marketing materials for our listings, creates our advertising, and maintains our communication links. He is also the Webmaster for the Team. In his other life, Phil is a well-known professional lute player who performs world wide and was, until recently, the President of the Lute Society of America. |

Neza Guevara is the most recent addition to the Townley & Deming Team, joining as our Client Care Coordinator. Until recently, Neza had been a lifelong resident of The Park, but has moved to a new home just down the street in Falcon Heights. She has worked in the gardening industry and enjoys photography but is excited to jump into the real estate business as our newest team member. Neza enjoys helping people and being involved in her community. She loves meeting people and learning new things. She has already proven to be a VERY quick study. We have thrown a lot at her in a very short time, and she hasn’t missed a beat. She is responsible for keeping us organized and on track with the immense amount of paperwork required in today’s complex real estate business. |
